Copy Your Signature
Click the green button above to copy your signature

Open Gmail Settings
Click the ⚙️ gear icon → See all settings

Find Signature Section
Scroll down to "Signature" in the General tab

Create New Signature
Click "Create new" and give it a name

Paste Your Signature
Press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) to paste

Save Changes
Scroll down and click "Save Changes"

Set as Default
In Gmail settings, set your new signature as default for both new emails and replies.
Test Your Signature
Send a test email to yourself to verify the signature looks correct on different devices.
Mobile App
Gmail mobile app uses a separate signature. Set it up in the app's settings menu.
